Management has the right to determine the condition in which the product is being forfeited to receive STORE CREDIT.
New items that were purchased from us and are being forfeited to get Store Credit will incur an 18% restocking fee.
Used items that were purchased from us and are being forfeited to get Store Credit will not incur a restocking fee but the item must be in the same condition and packaging it was sold to the customer to be given Store Credit.
We are not responsible for your data on your computer.
You must back up all your data prior to having your computer serviced by us.
Should your problem require our Data Recovery Services, our attempt to successfully retrieve your data is not warranted or guaranteed in any way.
You have 15 days, from the date of completion of the repair, to pay for the full balance.
A $20.00 per 15 days storage fee will be applied to your total balance due.
If two months have gone by and you still have an outstanding balance, the storage fee will stop accruing to your balance so your total labor + storage fee will be $159.
